Zigly

Zigly is an omnichannel Indian pet care startup founded in 2021. Headquartered in New Delhi, it operates under Cosmo First Limited. The firm offers an end-to-end pet care ecosystem, featuring veterinary services, grooming, pet food and accessories, training, and behavior consultations through its physical Zigly Experience Centers, e-commerce platform, and mobile app. Led by Cosmo First’s Group CEO Pankaj Poddar, Zigly has built a network of more than 24 Experience Centers across 11 cities, including Delhi–NCR, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Bengaluru, and Lucknow. These centers offer services ranging from routine checkups and grooming to surgeries, radiology, and 24×7 emergency vet care. On the financial front, Zigly was established with an investment of ₹25–30 crore, They have not raised any funding rounds yet. According to MediCircle, as of December 2024, Zigly’s annual recurring revenue (ARR) reached approximately ₹56 crore, and the company projects to double this amount in 1–2 years. They generate approximately 65% of revenue from product sales and 35% from services. Zigly has also launched initiatives like private-label products, “Happy Pet Index” health monitoring tool, and 90-minute home delivery service. With focused investment in vet hospitals and experience center expansion, Zigly is positioned for sustainable growth and aims for profitability within the next few years.
